Oceanside LIFE
Oceanside LIFE Calendar organized for the seniors in North San Diego County and sponsored by The MiraCosta College Foundation. Open to all, age 18 and above. Most members are retired seniors meets on most Friday afternoons from 1-3:30 p.m. Meetings offer discussion groups and guest speakers. Field trips, lunches, and other activities may occur at other times members have use of the college.
We are currently meeting in the Temporary Board Room Trailer (T200) near the police
station on the Oceanside Campus. There is parking nearby.
We are not currently charging a membership fee. Come join us! LIFE members are friendly
people and always welcome new members.
San Elijo LIFE
San Elijo LIFE is organized for residents of San Diego County and is free and open to all members of the public. At San Elijo LIFE, there is always something new and interesting with film offerings and guest speakers on a range of topics. The group meets during the academic school year on the third Friday of the month from 1-2:30 p.m. (lectures) and 1-3:00 p.m. (films). The event scheduled for Friday, May 17, 2024, has been cancelled.
All events for San Elijo LIFE are at the San Elijo Campus of MiraCosta College, 3333 Manchester Ave, Cardiff, CA 92007, room 204. Free admission & free parking (in student spaces only--the unmarked spaces) is available in the SAN-1 & SAN-2 parking lots in front of the 200 Building.
Participants are also welcome to obtain a Patron Card for use at the on-campus MiraCosta College Library.
