Accessing Budget Reports on the Shared Drive Monthly budget reports are an alternative to retrieving budget data directly in PeopleSoft fiscal applications. These reports are run automatically and stored on the network. The data on these reports is only as current as the date on which they were generated.
Calendar Options By default, our Outlook system publishes busy/free information from our calendars for the two months following the current month. If you are attempting to schedule a meeting request on dates beyond this limit, you will not see calendar information for attendees in the scheduling grid. To resolve this, members of your work group who will be creating and receiving meeting requests for longer periods should follow the steps in this guide to extend this calendar publishing period.

Tracking Purchase Requisitions A variety of supporting documents are created as a purchase requisition is processed through the purchasing cycle. Tracking a requisition consists of checking document status and determining current stage of this cycle for the requisition.
Using Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts may be assigned to a single purchase requisition. When multiple accounts are to be used, they must be selected before line items are entered on the requisition.
Alternate Requester In every case except one, the requester on a purchase requisition is either the end user (the person who will use the goods or services), or their support staff. In the single exception to this practice, the requester on a requisition for computer hardware or computer software will be entered by a staff member of AIS and the requester of the requisition will be the end user. Goods will be delivered to the AIS department and from there will be delivered to the end user’s location by AIS staff.
