Noncredit English as a Second Language
The noncredit ESL program provides seven levels of ESL and Vocational ESL at the Community Learning Center during morning, afternoon and evening hours. The program also offers open entry distance learning, citizenship, and Vocational ESL classes, computer-based study, and Saturday classes. Additionally, there are several community classes in Oceanside and Carlsbad.
Noncredit ESL Mission Statement
The MiraCosta noncredit ESL program offers students a variety of learning opportunities to achieve proficiency in the English language and formulate and attain personal. academic, vocational, and/or civic goals.
