Nursing
Students may complete preparation for the major and general education requirements to transfer into an associate or baccalaureate RN program. The Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) program may also be completed in preparation for our LVN to RN Career Ladder (Step-Up) program.
**FUTURE REGISTERED NURSING PROGRAM UPDATE**
MiraCosta College is waiting for Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) approval to offer an Associate in Science degree in Registered Nursing program. We hope to receive this approval by September 2009. Once we have received approval, the application will be available on our website with detailed information on deadlines and how to apply for this program.
