Total Fitness Circuit

Addresses pre-exercise warm-up, cardio/respiratory fitness and muscular strength, endurance and flexibility through 12 weight machine stations. One complete circuit will exercise arms and shoulders, mid-section/lowerback, and legs.

  4. Lying Leg Curl
  5. Tricep Dip
  6. Pectoral Fly
  7. Rigid Arm Lat Pulldown
  8. Low Back Extension
  9. Shoulder Press
  10. Seated Leg Press
  11. Mid Row
  12. Abdominal
