About Accreditation 2004
MiraCosta College has completed its self-study in preparation for the visiting team March 16-18, 2004. The Western Association of Schools and College (WASC) through the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) has adopted a new set of standards centered around student learning outcomes. MiraCosta will be one of four California community colleges in a pilot group conducting self-study under these new standards.
