Bruce Bandemer, Owner, Bruce Bandemer, CP
Treasurer
Bruce is owner and principal of an accounting practice in Carlsbad, California and has over 20 years of experience specializing in achieving the highest levels of tax efficiency and financial planning goals. He has served on many community boards such as the Boys and Girls Club, Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation and the Friends of Councilperson Ann Kulchin. Jim Gaiser introduced him to the MiraCosta College Foundation after Bruce had recently finished his term as president of the Rotary Club of Carlsbad. The outstanding students he has seen at the Medal of Honor ceremony has made him aware of the difference a little help can make in someone’s life, which is why he remains involved with the MCCF. Bruce holds an M.S. in Business Administration & Taxation and a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting, both received from San Diego State University, as well as an AICPA Personal Financial Specialist designation. He was born at Camp Pendleton and his parents have lived in Carlsbad since 1958. He feels fortunate to have grown up in North County and is able to raise his three children there, as well.
