Gregory Post joined the Board of Trustees
on April 4, 2000. He resides in Olivenhain and represents area

Mr. Post is an attorney specializing in transactional
real estate (both commercial and residential), estate planning
(focus on advanced estate planning and planned giving for individuals and companies), and business (including
contracts, partnerships, and start-up corporations).
He is also Principal of "Yankee Ingenuity",
which is a firm devoted to estate and financial planning for
clients. Mr. Post’s broker-dealer license is with NEXT Financial Group (an independent broker-dealer headquartered in Texas), providing client access to hundreds of mutual funds and
annuity and insurance companies without ties to any product-line.
Mr. Post also serves on the MiraCosta College
Foundation Board and provides expertise in planned giving and
setting up trusts for the Foundation.
His educational background includes a Bachelor
of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
During his stint at USC, he was an USC-Cambridge, England honors
exchange student and a USC Varsity Yell Leader during his junior
and senior years. Mr. Post received his Juris Doctorate degree
from the UCLA School of Law and was a Moot Court Honors student.

- California State Bar: Licensed to practice
law in the state of California. Martindale-Hubbell ranking:
A-V (this is the highest ranking given an attorney and only
ten percent of California lawyers are awarded this ranking).
- Real Estate Broker: Licensed real estate
broker in the state of California.
- Department of Insurance: Licensed to
sell insurance in the state of California and specific surrounding
western states.
- Series 6 and 63: Licensed to sell mutual
funds, fixed and variable annuities in the state of California
and specific surrounding western states.
