MiraCosta College and the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce will present Encinitas’ First Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration on Saturday, May 3, noon-6 p.m. at the MiraCosta College San Elijo Campus, 3333 Manchester Ave., Cardiff.  The free event will include live music, food, Ballet Folklorico and mariachi performances, and more.
