Student Art Show at MiraCosta College

Paintings, prints, drawings, ceramics, photos, digital art, and sculpture will be displayed in MiraCosta College’s annual student art show, this year titled “Escape,” which runs April 29-May 13 at the Kruglak Gallery in the Student Center at MiraCosta College, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside. 

Students in MiraCosta’s art classes select their best works from the past academic year for possible inclusion in this show.  Approximately 200 pieces will be chosen for the exhibit, which is free and open to the public. A reception for the student artists will be held in the gallery May 1, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 

Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 6-7:30p.m. For more information, call (760) 795-6657.
