Justin French

Justin French came to MiraCosta College straight from high school with the goal of starting his own business.  “I had a plan,” he explains.  Shortly after graduating, Justin put his plan into action and is now the proud owner of Perfect Integration, a successful business computer service company.

Justin’s first experience in the business world was an internship he secured through MiraCosta’s Career Center.

“I got a job working in customer service at a skin care company in Carlsbad.  I learned all of my business knowledge from the experience; within six months I was working in various departments, wearing every different type of hat.  While I was working there I recognized I could really start company and be successful.”

Justin ultimately earned his associate degree in business and received a Cisco certification.  After graduating, he started his own computer business.  After a couple of years, he changed the business’ name to Perfect Integration and brought in additional partners and investors.  Today, Perfect Integration serves 120 clients and has a team of seven employees.

“We are the BMW of IT consulting firms,” he states.  “We are customer focused and provide a service at an affordable cost.  Perfect Integration is a different type of IT company since it takes a proactive approach in solving computer issues at businesses.”

Even with the current success of his business, Justin is still pursing his education and is currently enrolled at California State University, San Marcos where he hopes to complete his bachelor’s degree.  In the long run, Justin hopes to grow his company even more and is well on the way to reaching his goal.  When looking back at his success, Justin attributes much of it to what he learned and accomplished at MiraCosta College.
