How to Apply & Enroll in College Credit Classes

Continuing MiraCosta Students

You are a continuing student if you are currently enrolled or enrolled in the previous semester:

  • To qualify as a continuing student for fall semester, you were enrolled in the previous summer session or spring semester.
  • To qualify as a continuing student for spring semester, you were enrolled in the previous fall semester.

Continuing students do not need to submit an application and may enroll during the first priority enrollment period. First Priority Enrollment dates are assigned according to the number of units completed at MiraCosta (see current class schedule for priority dates). Continuing students may enroll online or in person in the Admissions and Records Office on or any time after their assigned enrollment date.
