Florence, Italy (spring 2009)

MiraCosta College will begin accepting student applications August 25, 2008.
Program is full. All new applications will be placed on a waiting list.
- Program dates: February 5 – May 4, 2009
- Class offerings: Italian Life and Culture, Italian language, Art History, Humanities, and History. All students must enroll in at least 12 units. Host campus for the Florence, Italy 2009 program is Cuyamaca College. Check the brochure for a list of course numbers and titles as listed in the Cuyamaca College catalog.
- Program Price: $5,795 includes round trip airfare (airport taxes NOT included), shared room in student apartments, Florence museum pass; bus pass for twelve weeks, day excursions to Siena/San Gimignano and Perugia/Assisi.
- Payment deadlines: Deposit of $400 with application (begin accepting applications on August 25, 2008)

Balance by December 15, 2008
- Financial aid available to qualified students through Cuyamaca College. Each student must fill out a 2008-2009 FAFSA form and include Cuyamaca College in the list of schools, School Code: 014435.
- Eligibility: Completion of 12 academic credit units with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above. Priority registration given to students enrolled at MiraCosta College and other Study Abroad Consortium-member colleges.
