CBEST Registration Bulletins are available in MiraCosta College Testing Department (Building 3000) and in the Administration Building at the San Elijo Campus. MiraCosta College does not give the test. The registration bulletin contains all necessary registration information and forms for test administrations. You may also obtain a copy of the registration bulletin from testing offices or departments of education at California or Oregon colleges and universities or from the offices listed below.
