Scheduling Policy
Please read before making an Appointment
- Tutoring appointments are 50 minutes long (Unless special arrangements with the tutor are made).
- An appointment must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hrs. in advance.
- You must wait 2 working days between appointments for the same class.
- You cannot make future appointments for the same class until you complete the initial appointment for that class.
- When making an appointment, please be prepared to give the following information:
- a) What do you need help with? (Be Specific)
- b) Your textbook's name and author.
- You must notify the Tutoring and Academic Support Center of cancellation no later than 8:00am the morning of the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a "no show". After 2 "no shows", you will be denied tutoring for one week.
- The availability of an online tutoring appointment is subject to the tutor's work schedule. Your first time slot choice may not be available, please be prepared to provide a couple of time slot choices.
