I ask $450 per student on a month to month lease, with a small deposit. I have avail. an off campus style dorm room for 1 additional male, it is a double occupancy room. Mira Costa is within walking distance with bus also across street. Close to all, shopping, sprinter and bus hub.
All utilities are included, wireless hub, cable, and much else. Dorm Mom is me, and I make sure things run smoothly and keep it all working. If you are studious and dedicated to studies, and even part time work, no drama, no drugs, no underage drinking or overnight guests, you and your parents would love it here!

We have a room for rent in a house in Oceanside. It is a good size room with a big mirror closet and hardwood floors.Included in rent is all utilities, laundry, Satelite Cable TV in living room and wireless highspeed DSL internet in each room. Bathroom is shared only with 1 other female roommate. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 1 1/2 mile from the beach and has been newly remodeled. The roommate portion of our home is in the front part of the house and my husband and I have our rooms in the back so the front part of the house is mainly for the roommates. There is plenty of street parking. Freeways are in close proximity of 1 mile such as the (5, 76, 78) freeways and the Sprinter Station is in walking distance. There is also a bus stop close to us. Mira Costa College is 7 minutes away by car. We have other female roommates living here between 20-35 years old, professionals and/or students. We are looking for a female roommate. It is a month to month contract. The room is available in the beginning of September
