Change My Password

1. After logging into Blackboard; select Personal Information/Change SURF password located under Tools.
2. Select Change my SURF password
3. Enter your SURF/Blackboard Login ID number
4. Click the Login button.
5. Select the Answer personal questions button.
6. Input the last four digits of your SSN, Date Of Birth and your last name. Please note that when inputting your last name, you must include spaces, hyphens and apostrophes.
7. Click the Continue button.
8. Click the Pick a new password link.
9. Input your new password and retype your password in the Confirm field.
10. Select Change my password.
11. Your password will now be changed for Blackboard and for the SURF system.
