| I was born and raised in a suburban, middle class, Southern California neighborhood. My need for creativity has unsurprisingly clashed with my monotonous environment. Predictably I found myself in college the year after high school graduation. Eighteen months later, after I was disqualified from Long Beach State, I found myself in a myriad of jobs from photography studios to insurance companies. Unsatisfied, unchallenged, and apathetic in the work place, I returned to college. Currently, I am studying art at MiraCosta community college. I believe that I have a place in the art world but have yet to figure out what being an artist means. Concisely, I have lived as far as Northern California, driven across the country, and have never seen snow fall. | ||
