This is me at the entrance of the range land. It is located about six miles from Wyoming and is at 7,300 feet elevation.

Here is a view of one of the many small hills with pine trees. If you look closely you will notice it has very little forage thus it is not as diserable as open rangeland.

Here is a better view of what I am pointing out. The rocks also makes it hard for cattle to graze.

Here I am taking a break from mending fence.

This is a view of Table Mountain with a view of the range land.

This is the valley we own from a hill top. It is a view looking in a north to west direction. The picture does not do the scene justice.

Here is a view of our valley looking north-east. Peggy is pictured here taking a short rest on a rock. With out her, the ranch would not function. I am glad she took to ranching because not every one is cut out for it.

Here is one of the herds in the valley. We like to run between 25 and 35 cows per bull. This is my favorite herd since it contains many of my registered angus.

In the distance you can see a herd in the middle of the picture. In the middle is a small creek that is fed by a spring on the property.

This is a picture of elk fencing. I am in the process of taking it down since I do not mind wildlife running on the ranch.

Here is the bunk house we call Little House on the Mountain Prairie.

The inside is very austere but it does the job. I hope you enjoyed the pictures. I will add others in the near future to give you a view of life on a ranch.
