David Nydegger graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. From there, he went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from Inter-American University. David has been an Adjunct facility member of MiraCosta College since 1978. He currently teaches BUS 135, Personal Selling, on Tuesday evenings during the Fall semester, and BUS 138, Advertising & Promotion, on Tuesday evenings during  the Spring semester. 

David has resided in Oceanside for nearly his entire life, and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce.
