 The Gates Millennium Scholars Funded by a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (financial assistance to high-achieving minority students who are in severe financial need and otherwise would be excluded from higher education.) If you can get money out of Bill Gates go for it!
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants offers scholarships to minority accounting students.
