This is a Pass/No Pass course. This course is an advanced keyboarding course designed to increase typing speed and accuracy to employable levels of 50+ wpm. Take the 5-minute Course Entry timing (on page B-3 in your textbook) before you begin the lessons. This timing will give you a starting speed. The goal of the course is to improve your speed by at least 5-10 wpm. After you finish all the lessons, you will take the Course Exit timing (on page B-4 in your textbook). Your Course Entry score, Course Exit score, and your improvement will show on the Grade Report. Students will receive a grade of Pass if all lessons and 2 timings are completed before December 12, 2008 and show an improvement of at least 5 wpm.
