Adding subtitles one slide at a time

Good for when each slide has own audio.
Must do twice if two different-sized versions.
Advantage: no need for extensive time coding.

Combining audio and visual:

Open sound (.aiff) file
Open visual file. Select All. Copy.
Go to sound file, Add Scaled.

Adding subtitle:

 In Word, document with slide's script:

{QTtext}{font:Geneva}{plain}{size:10}{textColor: 65535, 65535, 65535}{backColor: 0, 0, 0}{justify:center}{timeScale:1000}{width:640}{height:480}{timeStamps:absolute}{language:0}{textEncoding:0:on}{doNotAutoScale:on}

But college history classes involve a higher level of thinking, where you can get a feel for what historians do with all those facts from the past.
