Michael received Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy degrees from Brigham Young University. He holds a Certified Public Accountant license in California and received the Forbes Gold Medal and the Elijah Watt Sells award for his CPA exam scores. Michael also holds the Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Management Accountants.

Michael’s professional experience includes public accounting, corporate accounting, internal audit, ERP system consulting, and governmental accounting. He also teaches Accounting, Business, and Excel courses at other local collages.
