How to Reach Us

  • Equipment & Service Reservations (24 - 48 hour advance notice required) Please use the online Help Desk.
  • Equipment & Service Emergencies: Call the hotline! If you have equipment that is not working and you need immediate assistance, you can find us in the field. Emergencies only: 760-795-6701.            Please submit all other requests via the Help Desk.
  • Video Production & Event Support Requests: Please send all requests for live events or video production to the Help Desk (5 - 7 days advanced notice required).
  • Hours of Operation: M-Th: 7:30am - 6:30pm, F: 7:30am - 4:30pm
