Accessing Budget Reports on the Shared Drive
Monthly budget reports are an alternative to retrieving budget data directly in PeopleSoft fiscal applications. These reports are run automatically and stored on the network. The data on these reports is only as current as the date on which they were generated.

Calendar Options
By default, our Outlook system publishes busy/free information from our calendars for the two months following the current month. If you are attempting to schedule a meeting request on dates beyond this limit, you will not see calendar information for attendees in the scheduling grid. To resolve this, members of your work group who will be creating and receiving meeting requests for longer periods should follow the steps in this guide to extend this calendar publishing period.
