Economics

Economics deals with the problem of scarcity as it applies to theproduction, distribution and consumption of goods and services and with the theory and management of economies or economic systems. Students may take courses to prepare for an economics major or to fulfill general education requirements.

Career options include banking, business, management, finance, insurance, real estate, marketing, law, politics, government, journalism, health care, education, and the arts.
