Yesenia Ramos Hi MiraCosta College! My name is Yesenia, I’m a communication major and my favorite color is aquatic blue. I love meeting new people and going on adventures! I am currently serving as the California Latina Leadership Network Student Vice President for the second time, and I really enjoy it. In my spare time I like to write stories and make YouTube videos. One of my goals is to make a social change with my Pinkiffied Movement. One day I hope to have my own Pinkiffied talk show. If you see me on campus don’t be shy--say “hi!” My generation is crazy enough to think we can make a change and reckless enough that we’ll do it. Read My Blog |

Caitlin Riddle Hello, my name is Caitlin or Caity for short. I’m a first year student at MiraCosta College. I graduated from Oceanside High School in 2012 where I did cheerleading for four years. My love of writing started young, and I started blogging at thirteen. I like writing about almost everything that comes to mind! I am currently majoring in English, and I plan on going into journalism once I graduate from either San Diego State University (I am a HUGE Aztec fan) or Pepperdine University. On my spare time, I like to eat, gawk at pictures on Tumblr, post randomness on Instagram, and talk/complain to the world via Twitter. I also love reading, and music. I listen to anything from Demi Lovato, Paramore to Odd Future and everything in between. I cannot wait to fill you guys in on what I’m doing or thinking so enjoy yourself – otherwise I’m pretty much just talking to myself! Read My Blog |

Elise Cruz Hey, students! My name is Elise Cruz and I am a recent graduate of MiraCosta College, having received my A.A. degree in Communications. I am now attending National University to continue my higher education. My goal is to achieve my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and I am determined to give back to my community. I still stay in contact with the MiraCosta College, not only by blogging, but also through my role as co-adviser for the Latina Leadership Network Club on campus.
