About MiraCosta College Athletics
MiraCosta College has five intercollegiate athletics teams. There are Men’s and Women's teams in both soccer and basketball. All four of these teams compete in the Pacific Coast Conference. MiraCosta also has a surf team that competes in the college division of the National Scholastic Surfing Association (NSSA).

Prospective MiraCosta College Soccer Athletes
The MiraCosta College Sports Medicine team will be conducting pre-participation physical exams on campus in the Athletic Training Room, OC 5106, Saturday, August 15, 2009 promptly at 1:00pm. There is no cost for the exam held on campus. If you have health insurance, please bring a copy of the front and back of your health insurance card for the athletic trainer.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled day/time, you are responsible for completing a pre-participation physical exam on your own prior to attending tryouts, practices or any intercollegiate team functions and must submit the four documents posted at the Preparticipation Physicals link to the left. If you need help finding a location to complete your exam, contact the Athletic Trainer, Alyssa Jacobs, at ajacobs@miracosta.edu.
