This evaluation will be used to assist the Office of School Relations/Diversity Outreach in determining whether the student named above is a good candidate for the MiraCosta Student Ambassador Program. Student Ambassadors represent the college and are expected to be role models on campus and in the community, at all times. They hold an important leadership role and are tasked with encouraging K-12 students and community members to consider higher education options. The information in this evaluation will be kept confidential, so please provide honest feedback regarding the applicant.
