This is a house in a very secure community called Jeffries Ranch. While some may feel it is out of the way this community is conveniently located right off the 76 making commutes very easy. It is only 15 minutes from the MiraCosta campus and within five minutes of shopping centers. Only one room available for one person and you would have five other roommates total in the household. Kitchen is currently in the midst of remodel but has temporary counters/sink and everything is fully functional. Utilities per person should not run over 65-70$ a month and varies depending on usage.
