THIS BULLETIN IS BEING POSTED TO ADVISE YOU OF AN INCIDENT THAT CONCERNS THE SAFETY OF THE MIRACOSTA COLLEGE COMMUNITY. PLEASE TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS.

Synopsis

On Thursday November 20, 2014 at 2:30 pm, unknown male subject appeared to be under the influence and approached a female student in parking lot 2-B of the Oceanside campus as she was getting a water bottle out of her vehicle’s trunk. Subject asked for .50 cents for the parking permit machine. As the victim gave him the .50 cents, he got close to her and asked her personal questions then asked her if she wanted to smoke some “weed”. Subject hugged the victim and attempted to kiss her. Victim broke away and yelled at the subject. Subject then turned and walked away.

This subject is considered a threat to the community. If seen, do not attempt to contact, please notify MiraCosta College Police immediately (760) 795-6640 or 6911 from any campus phone.

Subject Description

Hispanic male adult, approximately 20 years of age, approximately 5’-06” in height, 160 Lbs. The subject additionally had a buzz-style hair cut with brown hair and was wearing a burnt orange jacket and jeans.
