The Academic Proctoring Center

The Academic Proctoring Center provides a supervised testing site for:

The APC does not currently proctor exams for classes meeting on-ground (except as noted in #2 and #3 above), or exams that involve the use of specialized computer programs, oral components or lab activities.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Wednesdays and Thursdays: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm

SAN ELIJO APC, located in Room 101 (Map of the San Elijo Campus)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Please note that our SEC office is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays!

Please note - Extended Hours will be available for midterms at the Oceanside campus.

The Oceanside APC will be open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm on the following days: Monday, July 21st - Thursday, July 24th

***The Academic Proctoring Center will be closed on Friday, July 4th in observace of Independence Day.

All testing materials are collected at the posted closing time of the Academic Proctoring Center, regardless of whether the student has completed the exam.

 When using the services provided by the Academic Proctoring Center, students will be responsible for reading and abiding by the following policies:

MiraCosta College supports a harmonious, safe and productive learning environment. Being respectful towards fellow students, staff and property is expected. Any  violation of the Student Code of Conduct including but not limited to; disruptive behavior, cheating and dishonesty, will result in an incident report being filed followed by student disciplinary action.
