Camp Pendleton Officers' Spouses' Club (OSC) offers annual scholarships to individuals whose sponsors are active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps or sister services stationed at Camp Pendleton. The sponsor may be enlisted, an officer, or honorably retired from the Navy or Marine Corps by the time the application is submitted. Gilman STUDY ABROAD Scholarship for students interested in study abroad programs awards up to $5,000 to participate in study abroad and is open to U.S. citizens who are receiving a Pell Grant from their Federal Financial Aid Award.
