Workgroup: Clarify the Path
Co-Facilitators: Suzie Bailey, Al Taccone, and Freddy Ramirez
Description: The primary goal for this workgroup is to develop and deploy academic maps for full-time students and discuss options for part-time students. The maps will provide coursework, sequencing and other information to help students stay on track.  Other outcomes include aligning curriculum and learning outcomes to requirements for further education and career advancement.

Workgroup: Enter the Path
Co-Facilitators: Donna Davis, Tina Helmstreit, Wendy Stewart, and Zhenya Lindstrom
Description: The primary goals for this workgroup are to: Develop and deploy an Academic and Career Pathways (ACP) Structure of grouped disciplines that can help guide student exploration and connect students with a community of faculty and other with similar interests and Develop scaled and integrated career assessment,  counseling and informational structure to help students enter an Academic and Career Pathway.

Workgroup: Stay on the Path
Co-Facilitators: Denise Stephenson and Diane Dieckmeyer
Description: The primary focus of this workgroup is to provide opportunities for faculty and staff to explore and share best practices (both in the classroom and beyond) in various areas of inquiry,  including: - equity - retention strategies - contextualized and applied learning - community building around pathways - student engagement and holistic development - progress monitoring (e.g., early alert)

Workgroup: Ensure Students are Learning
Co-Facilitators: John Thomford and Jonathan Fohrman
Description: The primary focus of this workgroup is to begin discussions on alignment of curriculum and co-curricular activities with program outcomes and core competencies, and create assessment strategies to evaluate student mastery of learning outcomes and skills.

Workgroup: Communication
Co-Facilitators: Jim Julius and Kristen Huyck
Description: The primary focus of this workgroup is to ensure broad communication of student experience redesign work to the college community and to develop a strategy for roll-out of the final designed framework to students.

Workgroup: Equity-minded Practices & Policies
Co-Facilitators: Thao Ha and JP Schumacher
Description: The primary focus of this workgroup is to examine existing and emerging practices and policies to identify patterns of inequity in student outcomes and make recommendations for addressing the identified inequities.

Workgroup: Technology

Description: The primary focus of this workgroup is to explore and identify technology needs for student support and the components of the designed student experience framework.

Workgroup: Student Experience Metrics and Evaluation
Co-Facilitators: Krista Byrd, Kim Coutts, and Chris Hill
Description: The primary focus of this workgroup develop a recommended set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track student success within the student experience framework and communicate those to the college community.
