The noncredit ESL program provides seven levels of ESL at the Community Learning Center during morning, afternoon, and evening hours, and on the weekends. The program also offers Citizenship, Career-Track ESL, conversation classes, computer and digital literacy classes, reading and writing skills-based classes, and open-entry distance learning. The MiraCosta noncredit ESL program offers students a variety of learning opportunities
to achieve proficiency in the English language and formulate and attain personal,
academic, vocational, and/or civic goals.
