Full Time Employee Benefits Overview
Employees in benefit-eligible positions (permanent assignments working 20+ hours per week) enjoy a robust benefits package, including:

- 100% District-Paid Premiums for medical, dental, and vision —for employees and their eligible dependents.
- $100,000 life insurance policy, and long term disability coverage.
- A variety of voluntary benefits are available through payroll deduction.
- Monthly Benefit Credits for Classified Employees (effective October 1, 2025):
- $250/month if enrolled in the Kaiser plan or Waiver of Active Benefit Enrollment.
- $75/month if enrolled in the PPO plan.
- These credits are applied toward the premium of eligible voluntary benefit elections.
