The video will appear when the Board meeting is in session, the live audio stream should automatically begin playing. There will be a slight
delay - anywhere from 10 seconds to 10 minutes is possible. If you leave this page,
the stream will stop playing. You will hear music playing prior to the meeting and
on breaks.
