Purpose
The Budget Subcommittee is a standing sub-committee of the Budget and Planning Committee that convenes to review Resource Allocation (RA) rankings and prioritize requests based on the BPC rubric. The committee provides the fiscal impact of approving request and presents recommendation to BPC for consideration.
Charge
The Budget Subcommittee reviews the high ranked RA provides updates and makes recommendations to the Budget and Planning Committee, superintendent/president, and executive management team.
The Budget Subcommittee shall:
· Review and score all EMT High ranked RA requests using the BPC rubric.
· Provide recommendations on RA requests to approve for funding and how requests may be funded.
Meeting Times
The committee meets on an ad hoc basis during the spring semester.
