For the November enrollment period for the Spring 2021 semester, we have all-day Express Sessions where you can connect with a counselor for at least 30 minutes via phone or zoom. Connect with our staff through the Cranium live chat link and ask to be put on the list. These Express Sessions are first-come, first-served and the earlier in the day you contact us, the better.
Counseling staff are available from 8am-7:00pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am-3:00pm on Friday. If we are away, please wait until someone becomes available.
Have your SURF ID (student ID) number ready if you have one.
The Counseling Department is committed to assisting students in achieving their academic goals through empowerment and education; the counselors will provide guidance by creating an Ed-Plan, helping students figure out a career choice, applying to transfer, and encouraging and directing students to resources for mental health and personal care.
