Join us for the 2025 sTREAM Festival - Sunday, May 4th from 12:00pm-3:00pm

Get ready for a family-friendly and culturally enriching celebration at MiraCosta College’s Oceanside Campus (1 Barnard Dr., Oceanside, CA 92056). MiraCosta College is excited to announce two dynamic events on the same day: the 20th Annual STREAM Festival and the inaugural Festival de Música (12pm-5pm). From hands-on science and technology activities to lively music performances, there's something for everyone to enjoy at these engaging events.

The STREAM Festival aims to spark curiosity in these subjects and potential careers by focusing on science, technology, reading/writing, engineering, arts, and math. Attendees can participate in activities created by MiraCosta College Students, Staff, Faculty, and local Community Partners. The festival provides a unique opportunity for visitors to explore various fields and consider the educational offerings at MiraCosta College. The Festival de Música promotes education, culture, confidence, and community. Attendees can connect with their friends and neighbors while enjoying various musical styles, including mariachi, ballet folklorico, and banda.

Prepárese para una celebración cultural y familiar en el campus de MiraCosta College (1 Barnard Dr., Oceanside, CA 92056). MiraCosta College organiza dos eventos dinámicos el mismo día: el Festival de STREAM y el Festival de Música (12:00 P. M. A 5:00 P. M.). Habrá actividades prácticas de ciencia y tecnología y presentaciones de música; hay algo para que todos disfruten en estos eventos.

El Festival de STREAM tiene el objetivo de despertar la curiosidad en estos temas y carreras potenciales enfocándose en ciencia, tecnología, lectura/escritura, ingeniería, artes y matemáticas. Los asistentes pueden participar en actividades interactivas y prácticas por parte de estudiantes, profesores de MiraCosta College y organizaciones comunitarias. El festival brinda una oportunidad única para que los visitantes exploren diversos campos y consideren las ofertas educativas de MiraCosta College. El Festival de Música promueve la educación, la cultura, la confianza y la comunidad. 2025 STREAM Festival & Festival de Música - Volunteers Needed!

This year, the 20th Annual MiraCosta College STREAM Festival is taking place alongside The Festival de Música on Sunday, May 4th. The STREAM Festival will run from 12pm-3pm and the Festival de Música will run from 12pm-5pm.

During the STREAM Festival, we welcome MiraCosta Students, Staff, Faculty, and local Community Partners to host fun, hands-on STEM, Reading, and Art-related activities to engage the PreK-8th grade community and their loved ones.

We need the support of MiraCosta volunteers to help make both festivals a success!

Set-Up Crew, Student/Faculty Presenter Check-In, Community Partner Presenter Check-In, Community Registration Area (Spanish speakers needed), T-Shirt Table, Presenter Snack/Lunch/Supply Area, Area Lead, Fill-In Presenter, and Clean-Up Crew
