Where can I get Tutoring or Writing Feedback?
TLC offers tutoring and writing feedback in-person at three campus locations and through Zoom. View the hours for each location below.
The Learning Centers are open from January 21 - May 23 this semester. Holiday Closures: February 14 - 17 and March 15 - 22. [note: CLC is open through May 15]
Oceanside
Mon-Thu: 9am - 7pm
Fri: 11am - 4pm
San Elijo
Mon-Thu: 9am - 5pm
Reserve SAN Study RoomMon-Thu: 9am - 1pm
Tue & Wed: 3 - 7pm
Zoom
Sun: 2 - 9pm
Mon-Thu: 3 - 10pm

How do I get Drop-in Tutoring or Writing Feedback?
Check the drop-in schedule by course to the left to see when staff are scheduled to support your course.
On-Campus
Visit The Learning Centers on the Oceanside, San Elijo, or Community Learning Center campuses and check in with your SURF ID.
Sit down at any table and add yourself to the waiting list by scanning the qr code on the table.
A tutor or writing consultant will be assigned to assist you with your course material!
Zoom
Enter the TLC Zoom.
Once you enter the Zoom session, let the host know your SURF ID and the course you would like support in.
You will be moved to a breakout room and a tutor or writing consultant will be assigned to assist you with your course material!
