Creating an Account
First time users will need to create an account on JAIN in order to post a job. Once you've logged on to JAIN, click on 1st Time Users: Create New Account. After you create an account, you can begin sharing your employment opportunities.
Posting a Job
Once you have an account, you can access JAIN 24/7. To post a job, click on Add New Job Posting on top of your screen. This screen will also show you any current or past job postings you have. Jobs will automatically be taken down after 30 days, unless you choose to extend the length of posting. You can remove or update your job information at any time from this screen.
Streamline Your Employee Search
Let JAIN help simplify the employee search process. When filling out the Job Posting Form, select Apply through JAIN under Application Details. This will allow the system to collect resumes and store them all in one location for you. You will be notified via email when someone applies.
Did You Know?
Did you know that you could recruit on campus? This is perfect if you are looking to hire for multiple positions right away. The Career Center will provide you with a table and two chairs located near the cafeteria. The cost is $50 for the day. To request date(s), sign into JAIN and click
On Campus Requests. Once your request has been approved, you can log back in to pay through JAIN.
