Immigration Legal Services Coalition of San Diego (ILSC) provides short term legal representation for people who have been detained by immigration enforcement. JFS HELS
Jewish Family Service Higher Education Legal Services (JFS HELS) provides free immigration legal services to students, staff, and faculty. If you need any assistance to make an appointment, please call 858.637.3345 or email helsimmigration@jfssd.org.
UPRISE
Undocumented People Rise In Solidarity & Empowerment (UPRISE) is an ASE program that is committed to supporting our undocumented and mixed-status students. Students can access the following resources:

CARE
The Campus Assessment, Resources and Education (CARE) Team is committed to taking a holistic approach to help students succeed while addressing any challenges they may be experiencing to meet their basic needs such as food, housing, transportation, mental health, childcare, legal aid, etc. Students can contact CARE to access the following resources:

Welcome Center
The Welcome Center offers services that include handling student data, processing transcripts, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations (i.e. FERPA & AB540), awarding degrees and certificates, and more. Students can contact the Welcome Center to access the following resources:

- Information on Requesting an Excused Withdrawal
- Ensuring California Residency for Tuition Purposes
