Welcome! We are the Inter-Club Council, and we're excited to support students' connections!

Club Registration is closed for the Fall Semester. Please check back here for Spring deadlines and join one of our approved clubs in the meantime!

The Inter-Club Council (ICC)

The ICC works to develop effective, organized, and fair policies so all clubs will thrive.
All club members have a voice through the Inter-Club Council (ICC), to which each club sends a representative.
Requirements: Club members must be currently enrolled students, and identified lead students and ICC representatives must maintain a 2.0 GPA (grade point average) and be enrolled in three credit units or its non-credit equivalent.
ICC also sponsors a "Club Rush" each semester, which gives interested students an opportunity to learn about the various clubs on campus and allows clubs to increase their membership.

ICC meetings occur weekly rotating between ICC Leadership (OC34218 - ASG/ICC Office) and Full Council meetings (Little Theater OC3601). They occur every Wednesday from 3-4 pm on the Oceanside campus. Check out the Inter-Club Council on Engage to see all agendas and minutes.

Inter-Club Council FAQ

What are the ICC Goals for the year?

The ICC votes on their new goals for the academic year in the fall. You can find the 2025-2026 goals on Engage. Ask your ICC representative for more information on the goals.

What is the ICC meeting schedule?

ICC meetings occur on Wednesdays from 3-4 pm while school is in session, alternating between Leadership Council and Full Council meetings. Please visit Engage: ICC for event schedule, details and meeting agendas as well as minutes.

How can I learn more about clubs such as how to start a club or how to operate a club?

Please refer to the MiraCosta College Student Organization Handbook for a comprehensive guide on club organization and participation in the ICC Full Council. You can also email icc@miracosta.edu.

How can I submit a request to use club funds?

Please use the Club Funding Request form to submit requests to utilize your club funds. If you have questions about this process or need your club balance, please email your club advisor and/or icc@miracosta.edu.

How can I submit an ICC Funding Request?

The ICC Funding Request form is open for all students, clubs, organizations, or other entities to submit a request for funding, and is only open during specific times for the academic term. The ICC uses a rubric to assess each funding request. Please review the rubric before you submit your request by visiting: ICC Funding Rubric.

Fall 2026: Funding Requests are due on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 by 4:30pm.
