Math, English, and ESL Placement
The MiraCosta placement process provides you with the information you need to get started in the math and English courses that best support your educational pathway. Visit our Placement webpage for more information on completing the placement process.
We are excited to share that California State Law AB 705 gives more students the opportunity to enroll directly in transfer-level (or transfer-level with support) math and English courses via the placement process.
The Academic proctoring center
Testing Service's Academic Proctoring Center is a unique proctoring service for MiraCosta students as well as students from other institutions in need of a certified proctoring center. For more information on our proctoring services, including scheduling appointments, make-up exam support,proctored exams for non-MiraCosta students, and MiraCosta students testing outside of San Diego County, please visit our Academic Proctoring Center page.
